We are looking for an IT Recruitment Specialist with a good track record of hiring tech professionals to join our recruitment team and help us grow our in-house IT teams (developers, sysops, devops, data engineers, etc.).
So if you like people and enjoy interacting with ones, if you are good at digging for information and keeping phone calls to the point, if you can accurately hear what people are saying and easily encourage them, and have a passion for tech you may be the perfect match for this role!
Challenges that await you:
- Conducting all stages of the recruitment process for IT roles (preparing and posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviewing candidates with the support of the IT Team Leaders, providing feedback)
- Actively reaching passive candidates and maintaining relationships
- Creating a positive candidate experience
- Keeping learning on technical issues, eSky systems & tools in order to be a speaking partner to candidates
- Having space to suggest and implement your own initiatives and out of the box ideas
- Collaborating closely with IT Team Leaders and Technology Director
- Being an active member of the international HR team, participating in employer branding activities and other internal HR initiatives
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting area
- Understanding of the IT industry and IT-related vocabulary
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Experience with multiple sourcing methods and recruiting tools
- Out of the box thinking
- Passion for social media
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate easily with technical and non-technical specialists
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking mode in a fast-paced environment
- When remote, willingness of visiting headquarters in Katowice a few times per month
Nice to have:
- Previous experience of working in IT/technology company
- Interests in the e-commerce/travel industry
