We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our global Recruitment Team with a good track record of sourcing and hiring professionals.
Our new colleague will be involved in both tech recruitments and general ones (finance, marketing, operational, etc). He/she will recruit both local and international specialists to join the eSky Group Team.

Your role will be to:
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles (preparing and posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, providing feedback)
- Actively reach passive candidates and maintain relationships with them
- Create a positive candidate experience
- Keep up to date with our teams projects and challenges, eSky systems & tools in order to be a speaking partner to candidates
- Suggest and implement your own initiatives and out of the box ideas in order to improve recruitment in the organization
- Collaborate closely with all departments looking to grow their teams
- Work closely with all members of the Recruitment Team Remain an active member of the international HR Department, participating in employer branding activities and other internal HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting area
- Advanced level of English is a must
- Experience with multiple sourcing methods and recruiting tools
- Understanding of the IT industry and IT-related vocabulary could represent an advantage
- Out of the box thinking
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate easily with technical and non-technical specialists
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking mode in a fast-paced environment
