We are looking for a committed and results-oriented Senior Internal Recruiter to join our internal hiring team. You will have one of the most important roles of the company, scaling FE. In this role, you will lead your own recruitment projects from A to Z, be the link between internal hiring managers and external candidates, as well as guide your colleagues in projects. - Lead own recruitment processes from A to Z
- Carry out a job analysis with internal hiring managers to ensure a good foundation for effective recruitment
- Set good KPIs for the assignment in collaboration with hiring manager and the internal hiring team
- Source and attract top talents
- Create smart and effective sourcing strategies
- Take the overall responsibility for quality of the assignments you are a lead for
- Establish necessary infrastructure and good routines for dialogue and mutual updates
- Actively contribute in developing First Engineers' practice of recruitment and to serve as a guiding mentor for new employees
- Assist on activities related to employer branding, pre-boarding etc.
- Contribute to build our international network with interesting candidates
- Take part in making sure we reach our global ambitions!
🛠 We would like you to have:
- Higher education (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field
- Approx. 2 years of experience in leading recruitment processes from A to Z
- Strong professional knowledge of sourcing and/or assessment, Aon certification is an advantage
- Proven ability to build solid customer relationships, either with customers or hiring managers if you have experience from an in-house environment
- Good interpersonal skills - ideally you already have some experience of leading or guiding others
- Fluency in English and good communication skills
