WHAT TO EXPECT
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (to name a few):
- Recruiting and selecting candidates,
- Cooperation with hiring managers, determing employment needs, defining candidate profiles and the necessary qualification requirements
- Ensures process compliance
- Updates the database for ongoing recruitment projects
- Prepares recruitment notices and ensures internal and external communication
- Uses tools increasing the effectiveness of the procedures in the selection process
- Finalises employment with the selected candidates
- Proposes and implements of activities related to candidate/ employe experience
- Trainings of mid level management
- Planning the on-boarding process
- Employer Branding activities
