Recruitment Marketing Channel and Content Specialist
In this role you will…
- Writing engaging copy and creating visual and moving image content for use on all channels and recruitment marketing campaigns;
- Researching and reporting on the latest trends and competitor insights;
- Co-leading our paid digital media strategy, in particular, the implementation of paid social media activity to boost organic posts and market-specific recruitment campaigns;
- Carrying out regular reviews of our careers .com content to ensure accuracy and information is well maintained. Making recommendations for improvements and actioning them as approved;
- Planning social content and maintaining the content calendar to ensure content is regular, relevant and engaging;
- Working with the global recruitment team to generate market-specific ideas and content to ensure global representation;
- Running the content production process/cycle for all social media channels – mining existing content banks, sourcing new profiles, briefing profiles, developing content, writing and reviewing content plans;
- Sourcing and briefing appropriate profiles for all recruitment marketing campaigns and content series, including briefing packs, logistics and production sessions;
- Managing the annual Early Talent recruitment marketing campaign refresh – ensuring messaging aligns to our corporate narrative, Early Talent strategy and meets the requirements of our local markets.
Why you?
Qualifications & Skills:
- Min. 2-3 years of experience on the similar or close roles;
- University Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience;
- Language skills - fluency in English required;
- Experience in producing content for internal and external audiences through digital channels
- Understanding of marketing principles;
- First-class writing, editing and visual storytelling skills;
- Ability to create on-brand and high-quality visual content and moving imagery;
- High level of expertise in standard MS Office software (word, excel, PowerPoint);
- Exceptional communications skills and people/cultural agility to communicate effectively with multiple audiences, across different geographies and businesses;
- Digital savvy, someone who is up to date on cutting edge technologies;
- Deliverable-oriented work style; comfortable with demanding deadlines and exacting customers;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks & work either independently or as part of a team, in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
