Business Development Manager

Your day will be full of numerous, exciting tasks, as you’ll be in charge of promoting and selling HR Contact recruitment services to clients. In a nut-shell, we’d like you to develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy with us!
Your role:
· Creating and implementing the sales strategy for the company.
· Growing our business – generating leads, preparing offers, giving sales presentations and negotiating contracts.
· Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
· Representing HR Contact at various meetings, conferences and trade shows.
Ideally, you are:
· A hunter at heart with passion for approaching new opportunities and previous exposure to B2B clients within the sales environment.
· A university graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
· Self-starter who doesn’t need someone to get the ball rolling for you.
· You are always thinking about ideas on how to develop relations with the clients.
· A strong negotiator with the ability to lead sales from lead generation to deal closure.
· A native Polish speaker with an excellent command of English.
