The main purpose of the job:
The main purpose of the job:
To deliver support to the HR Team :) This is across a broad range of HR areas, mainly connected to HR Administration & payroll activities, contracts and other documents, benefits, training, performance management, and engagement. This also includes the provision and maintenance of all core HR tools to provide a value-added service whilst also ensuring that all administrative processes and day-to-day service provision always run efficiently and effectively.

- Being a contact point on the cooperation with the external HR Armin & Payroll provider, provision of IPF Digital Poland employee data on a monthly basis to the external partner to ensure all HR data is proper and on time before payroll.
- Ensuring we have fitting employee data and records maintained through the HR systems (Sage HR, LMS). It is a combination of updating and maintaining data and using the system to drive employee improvements.
- Supporting line managers where appropriate in relation to HR Administration, Social Fund & benefits on the Polish market, covering advisory on the documents needed to be delivered to HR Team.
- eLearning administrator support in publishing and maintenance of eLearning materials, as well as providing the reports from the system as required in HR Governance.
- Working alongside the HR Cost & Data Coordinator, to ensure the effective delivery of core HR services into the Digital business.
Our requirements:
- Higher education or during studies in the field of Administration / Law / Human Resource Management.
- HR Admin or Polish labour law courses/ practical knowledge of Polish labour law
- At least 6 months of work experience in HR/Payroll area/knowledge of issues related to the HR and Payroll area.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office / Office 365 particularly MS Excel.
- Fluent written and verbal Polish (Essential) & very good written and verbal English.
- Experience in preparing reports and data related to the HR area
- Experience in cooperation with the external HR partners (outsourcing vendors, benefits partners etc.)
- Being empathetic, with a positive attitude and excellent time management, and good attention to detail :)

1. At least 6 months of work experience HR/Payroll area
2. Very good knowledge of MS Office / Office 365 particularly MS Excel
3. Very good written and verbal English
