As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for:

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions
Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates
Ensuring professional communication at all times in line
Professional feedback

Requirements:

Searching for candidates with the usage of direct search, informal network
Goal-oriented approach and “can do” attitude
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with individuals (internal and external)
Out of the box thinker
Very good level of spoken and written English
