IT Researcher
Responsibilities:
- active acquisition of new candidates via social media;
- actively and passively building an internal candidates database;
- maintenance of database with regular checkups and candidate's availability;
- conducting telephone interviews with candidates;
- supporting recruitment and sales team in their candidate current needs.
Requirements:
- previous experience on a similar position;
- general knowledge of IT industry and ability to distinguish particular IT profiles and tech stack;
- experience in acquiring candidates using the direct search method, Boolean search, LinkedIn, forums, discussion groups;
- very good command of the English language, ability to evaluate candidates English level;
- ease in establishing and building relationships with candidates;
- proactive approach with the ability to organize itself work;
- ability to work in a remote setting.
