For our Client, an international company located in Poznan, we are currently looking for:
Compensation & Benefits Senior Specialist EMEA


• Responsible to review, benchmark, design, and manage benefits across the European region ensuring compliance, market competitiveness
• Review and analyze current benefits program effectiveness within each European country and design and implement new programs
• Collaborate closely within HR as well as with the corporate staff functions, business leaders     and local country stakeholders to achieve desired goals
• Support processes on any regional pension accounting and benefits budgeting
• Support the broader benefit administration activities and coordinate annual/recurring benefit processes
• Manage external vendors (insurers, brokers and consultants)


• University degree, preferably in Finance or Human Resources
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong project management skills and capability to work and analyse data
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English
