RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development of the HR brand, increasing the company's awareness on the local market and in the local IT community;
- Development and implementation of new HR processes and procedures and the optimization of existing ones to successfully achieve the company's goals;
- Developing and implementing human resources policies.
- Providing advice on the HR processes to managers and employees;
- Direct fulfillment of all HR functions regarding the processes of employee Onboarding/Offboarding, Performance Review, and Talent Management;
- Advising on internal legal matters (execution of different types of contracts, rules regarding vacation, benefits, salary payments, overtime payments, etc.) and questions about relocation to Poland;
- Cooperation with Resource Managers and Heads of technical directions responsible for the internal educational system;
- Supervision the issues connected with raising English language proficiency within the company;
- Involvement in resolving workplace conflicts at all levels;
- Cooperation with the company's Top Management, Administrative Directors of the offices, Recruitment and PR/Event Departments, Project Management Office, Resource Manager, and other specialists and services to organize effective execution of HR processes.
- Supporting the company's strategic objectives.
- Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with local employment law and regulations, reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in performing as HR Director in an IT company;
- Understanding of all the stages of an employee lifecycle and hands-on experience in processes moderation (onboarding, Performance Review, Talent Management, Exit Procedure);
- Experience in the development and implementation of HR processes;
- Expertise in design and implementation of HR metrics to measure performance;
- Good organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
