Contract of employment, Warsaw (Inflancka 4A)
You will be part of a business-facing team, providing efficient and knowledgeable services to managers and staff, and liaising with both internal and external bodies. You will offer advice and guidance on the organization's comprehensive range of policies, procedures, and processes in the field of HR and payroll service.
After Your Morning Coffee You will be:
- Providing front line advice and support on HR and payroll related matters to management and colleagues
- Preparing and processing a variety of HR documents e.g. employment and B2B contracts, LOI
- Maintaining employee records manually or in a human resources information system so that information is accurate and secure (data management may include personal information, job history, insurance documentation, leave accrual records, transfers, and salary progression)
- Cooperating with external suppliers and vendors in terms of benefits and payroll
- Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Assisting with payroll processing, collecting any payroll updates needed for each pay period
- Accurate and timely processing of all aspects of the new starter and leaver procedures in line with company policies and current GDPR legislation
- Assisting with onsite communication activities and initiatives
- Participating in HR projects
We want you on our team if you:
- Hold a university degree (ideally HR related) or a combination of related education
- Have min 5 years of experience and knowledge in the field of HR or administration
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Have the knowledge of SAP or other dedicated HR programs
- Are familiar with the Labor and Employment Law
- Have very strong attention to detail with a strong emphasis on quality
- Able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently
- Have a can-do, proactive, and problem-solving attitude, customer-centric mindset, and teamwork approach
- Are self-driven and self-sufficient
- Have an excellent communication skills
- Are fluent in both English and Polish
