We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. Come be a part of it!Your responsibilities:
- Managing end to end recruitment projects for various positions throughout the polish center
- Finding new ways to acquire the best candidates for the company
- Cooperating with an external recruitment agency
- Coordinating onboarding process (communication with pre-hires, onboarding training scheduling, providing HR training)
- Running check-in and exit interviews and proposing solutions based on collected information
- Taking part in various projects to make Knowable a great place to work in
- Supporting employer branding activities
- Cooperating & sharing the best practices with US HR Team
- Employees’ administration in the internal company systems
Our requirements:
- Experience with working in a similar position
- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree
- Advanced English & Polish language skills
- Fresh mind, open heart, and hardy soul personality
- Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
- An excellent attention to detail skill set
- Multitasking and great independence
- Open for learning new things and creating a better place to work
