Responsibilities:
- Act as compensation subject matter expert to prepare and review salary package for new hires (as per guidelines), initiate packages for in-place changes (promotion, lateral move, etc.), ensure the KraftHeinz policies and guidelines are updated, communicated and followed
- Manage the annual performance management cycle, systems administration, enhancement and improvement, and for managing communications material - ensure flawless execution of annual processes
- Responsible for data analysis, prepare regular reports, identify insights, legislative changes and trends and provide insight on performance and compensation for leadership team
- Manage benchmarking activities, ensuring compensation practices and programs are competitive with the industry
- Ensure pay structures are analysed and maintained
- Collaborate with the HR local and global team on Performance and Reward matters;
- Manage data quality and support all data collection in connection with bonus and salary review;
- Responsible for designing, overseeing, and implementing benefits programs;
- Analyse and support development of policies and practices to attract and retain talents in the organization
- Support the annual rewards management cycle (including data audits), off-cycle compensation process and implementation annual incentive/bonus plans.
- Support other key compensation activities (severance calculations, other ad-hoc activities)
- Manage the relationship and contracts renewal with vendors providing benefits services
- Manage the benefit administration
- Identify process improvements and implementation of benefits plan or process changes.
- Support the monthly payroll cycle ensuring data accuracy
Requirements:
- 2-3 (or more) years experience with compensation, benefits and reward strategies
- WorkDay experience is an asset
- Fluent Polish/ English, both written and spoken
- Goal oriented, ability to work under pressure but with fun and engagemnet
- Innovative and pragmatic mindset
- Self-driven and fast paced learner who can easily connect with people when needed
- Able to present data analysis in an easily understandable way
