We are seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Client’s requirements across the Europe, Russia, Israel & USA region. This is a key role in the Talent Acquisition team where you will be responsible for candidate care and ensuring all recruitment activity in the region complies with Company's hiring guidelines, policies and local employment law.

- fluent written and spoken English and German
- preferred Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment
- high attention to detail
- ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment
- competent across Microsoft suite of products
- previous experience within a large US multinational environment would be an advantage

- supporting candidates and internal stakeholders through the hiring process
- administer pre-employment checks to ensure compliance with regulation and avoidance of any conflict of interest
- support the creation of employment agreements (contracts) for new employees
- manage the onboarding of new hires, delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout
- liaise with internal departments and external providers to ensure ‘first day readiness’ 
- gather and process all documentation required for Works Council review
- support interview scheduling including the booking of travel as required
- review candidate applications and related forms for completeness
- support hiring of contingent workers via external agencies
- proactively support the sourcing and engagement of candidates for current and future positions
- manage a high volume of confidential information at all times
