WHO ARE WE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR? 🚀

 
A Recruitment Specialist who will take ownership of all recruitment processes across our teams. 
 
As a Recruitment Specialist at Ladder, your mission will involve:
 
  • Hiring inspiring talent in Digital Marketing for our Specialists to collaborate with,
  • Working closely with our hiring managers to continually improve the efficiency of our recruitment processes,
  • Collaborating with external sourcing agencies,
  • Exploring new ways to reach out to Digital Marketing Candidates in the EMEA region,
  • Maintaining a delightful Candidate Experience,
  • Managing the HR internal policies at Ladder (onboarding, PDPs, appraisals, OKRs, exit interviews etc.),
  • Supporting all departments in employee related issues.
You’ll do great if you combine the following experience, skills and attributes:
 
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role at a service company,
  • Proven track record of recruitment experience,
  • Knowledge of Polish Labour Law,
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment,
  • Fluent spoken and written English (min. C1 level),
  • Courses or certificates around HR and people skills are a plus,
  • Previous experience working in an agency is a big plus,
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus,
  • Treating roadblocks as growth opportunities.
