RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage online and offline events calendar
Create event concepts to succeed in orchestrating engaging experiences
Manage project - budget control, offer development
Manage vendor - identify best partners, build solid business relations to ensure high quality of projects
Be advisory and creative support for internal stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in event management gained in international organizations
“To do” attitude and ability to take ownership of projects and build solid working relationships
Upper-Intermediate level of English
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Polish native speaker
A collaborative, solution-focused approach
Team management experience and portfolio of projects delivered for IT specialists would be considered a plus
