Here’s what awaits you at Liki:
  • coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles 
  • collaborating with sales and delivery teams, technical recruiters and hiring managers
  • creating the best candidate experience 
  • improving processes via following the trends 
  • space for your own creativity 
You’re definitely a match, if you have:
  • at least 4 years of experience in IT recruitment 
  • experience in recruiting in a software house
  • practical knowledge of sourcing tools and methods 
  • excellent communication skills and ability to build good relationships  
  • very good command of English
  • initiative and enthusiasm to cope with challenges  
Not a must, but definitely an asset:
  • negotiation skills  
  • employer branding drive
