Your responsibilities:
- Being part of Hr Team and assisting Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team with providing and building a great experience for our new joiners throughout onboarding process.
- Being the main point of contact for all onboarding-related matters. Cooperating closely with hiring managers, TA, IT and HR Ops teams ensuring they have what is needed for providing successful onboarding process.
- Becoming an onboarding process creator, sharing your ideas and recommendations on how we can boost the new joiners experience. Helping us to find ways to automate, monitor and measure activities and processes.
- Building content and keeping it up to date on our Internal library, helping us with creating and moving processes to our new onboarding platform.
- Tracking new hires satisfaction, defining risks with new employees onboarding.
Our requirements:
- Solid understanding of a full cycle of onboarding process.
- Min. 5 years of experience in HR including 2 years in recommending, creating and adapting onboarding processes in international and multicultural environment.
- Experience in coordinating implementation of various Hr Projects related to onboarding area, great coordination skills in terms of team members from different Departments.
- Ability to identify and address business issues by evaluating data points, seeing patterns and trends, and turning this information into action.
- Being a team player (with ability to build close cooperation with Business Enablers and Business representatives) who can work independently.
- Orientation to self-development and non-standard solutions around HR.
- Proficiency in English is a must. It is first language in Lingaro.
