LINK Mobility Group is dynamically expanding its Polish team, therefore, we are seeking another HR Specialist to join us on our exciting journey.
As a HR & Recruitment Specialist you will have a significant role in supporting the company’s human resource needs as well as trying to acquire new team members for our LINK Mobility Group. In doing so, you will cooperate with international and local HR Team.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
- Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
- Providing support in the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage and optimize processes related to the employment of staff (e.g. contracts, social security, etc.)
- Track, report and support team leaders with processing staff absences, holidays & sick days using company tools
- Participation in the staff development process and improving our career framework in cooperation with Team Leaders
- Ensuring and maintaining high level of information flow
- Acting as support for the payroll calculation process
- Keeping personal files
- Preparing various reports
Your experience and qualifications
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field or higher
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 1+ year of experience in Recruitment of IT Specialists
- Must be highly advanced in English, to be able to discuss any topic with ease and confidence (C1 or B2 higher)
- Good knowledge of HR regulations and Polish Labor Law
- Working knowledge of rules and regulations governing payroll calculation
- PC Proficiency: Office 365 package
