🛫What you will do:
- Act as a contact person for local Hiring Managers and Talent Sourcing Team in regards to local recruiting requests
- Co-operate with Talent Sourcing, Recruiting, HR Admin and HR Training teams
- Taking care of candidates journey in the whole recruitment process
- Negotiate job offers with internal and external candidates
- Proactively support the organization in EB events in cooperation with EB Specialist and external business partners (your own ideas are more than welcomed!)
- Participate in different HR & Development projects eg.: Talent Management Programs, Career Path Models, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Company Culture, Diversity & Inclusion
- Conducts Exits Interviews
- Know what is going on in SSC BPO job market and HR trends
- Work with data and based on data
🛫Which skills we need:
🔧Technical competences:
- Min. 2 years of experience in recruiting gained preferably in SSC/BPO or in Recruiting Agency environment
- University diploma or equivalent
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in at least one of the other HR Development related areas will be an asset: Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding, Employee Experience or other
