Lufthansa Systems Poland is looking for an experienced manager who will lead our Organizational Governance & HR Department.

Who are you?
- relevant experience in Human Resources and/or corporate functions (preferably in international and matrixed environment),
- comprehensive knowledge of corporate regulations standards and Polish Labor Law,
- practical experience in implementing changes and establishing new processes and strategies,
- excellent communication & interpersonal skills,
- strong leadership skills,
- high understanding of corporate functions such as procurement, compliance and quality,
- hands-on approach and ability to deliver measurable results and prioritize business needs,
- people person, with empathy, high energy and strong can-do attitude,
- strong process management skills with focus on change management and continuous improvement,
- master’s Degree in HR/Psychology/Law/Business Administration or related,
- proficiency in English.

Head of Organizational Governance and Human Resources will be leading a central department covering several strategic functions in Lufthansa Systems Poland:
- human resources management (incl. overseeing outsourcing of payroll),
- talent acquisition,
- administration and facility management,
- supplier contract management,
- quality and risk management standards,
- corporate functions support such as compliance, personal data protection, health & safety.
