Lufthansa Systems Poland is looking for an experienced manager who will lead our Organizational Governance & HR​ Department.

Who are you?
  •  relevant experience in Human Resources and/or corporate functions (preferably in international and matrixed environment),
  • comprehensive knowledge of corporate regulations standards and Polish Labor Law,
  • practical experience in implementing changes and establishing new processes and strategies,
  • excellent communication & interpersonal skills,
  • strong leadership skills,
  • high understanding of corporate functions such as procurement, compliance and quality,
  • hands-on approach and ability to deliver measurable results and prioritize business needs,
  • people person, with empathy, high energy and strong can-do attitude,
  • strong process management skills with focus on change management and continuous improvement,
  • master’s Degree in HR/Psychology/Law/Business Administration or related,
  • proficiency in English.

Head of Organizational Governance and Human Resources will be leading a central department covering several strategic functions in Lufthansa Systems Poland:
  • human resources management (incl. overseeing outsourcing of payroll)​,

  • administration and facility management,
  • supplier contract management,

  • corporate functions support such as compliance, personal data protection, health & safety.
