Why do we need you?
You will be joining and strengthening our HRBP team within our Gdańsk office, where you will strategically support managers in meeting business needs in HR area (including labor law counseling, talent acquisition & development, employee engagement and performance management). As part of our HR team you will be involved in the design and implementation of HR solutions adjusted to business and employees’ needs.
Who are you?
- You are a team player with at least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in international environment or IT industry,
- Labor Law and its acts are something you excel at,
- You are familiar with HR tools, best practices and trends in HR solutions market,
- Your interpersonal and relationship-building skills are exceptional,
- Your way of thinking is strategic and data-driven,
- You possess hands-on experience in designing and implementing HR strategies for Dev teams,
- You are fluent in written and spoken Polish and English (C1+),
- You are eager to work in a fast-pace environment and have no problems with multitasking.
