Job Description:
- Manages complex HR Processes cross-functionally
- Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers
- Build strong relationships with internal client
- Running onboarding processes
- Planning and developing strategic HR initiatives
- Responsible for Talent Management
- Responsible for performance management in the Competence Center
- Responsible for managing flight risk in the Competence Center
- Responsible for Engagement
- Responsible for Retention of employees
- Keep aware of dynamic changes and create strategies to sustain and improve employee morale
- Support and advice line managers in the management and development of their groups
- Maintaining staff relations
- Managing Staff wellness initiatives
- Running Exit Interviews, analysis of the results, and creating an action plan for leaders
- Adapting current HR processes to structural changes in the organization
- Responsible for Salary Review Process
Qualifications:
- Strong Leadership skills
- Significant experience in Human Resources as HR Specialist or HR Business Partner
- Degree in Human Resources Management
- Excellent communications skills
- Good People Skills
- Proactive nature
- Analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Project Management Skills
- Strong understanding of the business needs and priorities
- Thinking about big picture changes for the organization and how to tactically achieve them
- Labor Law Knowledge
- Deep understanding of HR processes and initiatives
