We are looking for skilled HRBP to join our People Team and become a trusted partner for leaders in Monterail!

You will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders, providing them with coaching and guidance with so called“soft” HR topics
Conduct regular performance review and renegotiation for leaders under your guidance
Act as a point of contact, soft skills expert, partner, or mediator in challenging and complicated situations
Kickoff, coordinate and deliver on HR projects alined with short-term company plans and long-term strategies
Identify possibilities and implement necessary improvements based on HR trends and your experience to improve employee lifecycle
Help our leaders to develop soft skills with dedicated trainings and workshops

Requirements

Ideally you:

Have 2+ years of experience as HRBP/People/Culture Specialist (preferably in IT sector)
Are able to support people when staying focused on business needs and priorities
Have successfully introduced at least 1 HR project in your current role/company
Have very good command of written and spoken Polish and English,
Know how to transform business needs into appropriate HR initiatives
Approach challenges with “let's figure it” our attitude (psst. It’s one of our core values)
Have very good organisation skills and the ability to set priorities in constantly changing environments
