Job description
MOTIFE (motife.com) is a Krakow-based consulting startup. We help international tech companies to build their software teams in Poland. From recruitment to outsourcing of dedicated teams, subsidiary management and office setup we provide an end-to-end service to help foreign firms kick-start and grow their presence in Poland.
In response to the rapid growth, we are looking for an HR Operations Manager to join our team in Krakow. You will have an end-to-end HR responsibility for the dedicated teams of software engineers who work for our clients. You will report to the CEO.

Working model: hybrid (preferably 2 days a week in the office)

What will you be doing?

What will you be doing?
- having full ownership of all HR processes (i.e. onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, benefits management, health and safety processes, policies and processes)
- overseeing the payroll process
- onboarding of new clients
- closely cooperating with clients to educate them on the Polish labor law and IT labor market
- managing contract templates and contracts with employees, contractors and clients
- continuously improving processes and tools
- no team management involved
Requirements:
- at least 2 years of experience in a senior HR role
- experience working with English-speaking stakeholders
- knowledge of the Polish labor law, familiarity with IT specific elements like B2B contracts will be an advantage
- basics of personal taxes (PIT, ZUS, VAT, tax schemes in IT)
- very good command of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

- has excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- speaks fluent Polish and English
- has solid knowledge of the Polish labor law and regulations
- is process-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- has a great attention to detail
