We are looking for an experienced colleague to provide HR operational excellence, as well as stabilize the HR operations process and continue to its optimization, automation and digitalization. Driven by HR transformation we open the position in HR Operational Hub for NATEK Group dedicated mainly to Poland.

Working on this position you will be responsible for providing HR operations and support in the area of the whole lifecycle in the ticketing tool (Jira) with the support of HR assistant and administration team.
Reporting directly to HR&Recruitment Director, Senior HR Ops, will work closely with the management and other departments (operations, delivery, sales and more) on ensuring HR operations process compliance and strengthening NATEK employer brand. You may support other HR processes, projects or initiatives, based on your experience.
Your responsibilities:

- Ensuring HR operations in the area of employment lifecycle: on-/out-boarding’s, visa process, background check, attendance and absence management, benefits and compensation, vacations, terminations, PPK, salary advance etc.
- Cooperation with external company for payroll and personal file management purposes and other suppliers: Health&Safety
- Cooperation with internal administration team
- Ensuring HR operational support to around 150 employees via internal ticketing tool (Jira)
- Providing HR operational support and consultancy for management in various business lines
- Ensuring legal compliance within HR ops such as PPK, employment docs, work permits, Maternity leaves etc.
- Further optimize and automate HR ops process: payroll, attendance, vacations, bonuses, benefits etc
- Maintaining quality of data in HRM system (data update, docs upload) and payroll process
- Ensuring regular and ad hoc reporting regarding HR Ops
Our requirements:
- Graduate from Human Resources studies or similar
- At least 5+ years of proven HR operational experience (HR operations, payroll operations, communications with business, employees support)
- Knowledge of Poland labour code in practice, knowledge of Bulgarian job market is a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with visa process would be additional advantage
- Experience with other HR processes (performance, salary ranges, education etc.) is a big plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent English, enabling daily communication with employees and management
