We are looking for a Lead Recruiter to join us in NFQ and work closely with the team and internal stakeholders to support business operations and help them achieve their goals. Our brilliant Recruitment team plays a crucial role in finding the right talents. We always strive for excellence in what we do. In this role, you will:
- Fully own and drive the recruitment process for multiple tech roles in Poland, from developing an engaging sourcing strategy to handling the feedback stage
- Use your talent market expertise, data and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers on how to identify and acquire the best talent
- Proactively network and maintain relationships with key candidate communities from niche talent pools for short and long term opportunities
- Be an advocate for continually raising the bar and ensuring that the candidates understand as well as embrace our unique culture
- Monitor recruitment workload and quality based on the internal rules and regulations
- Support and coach the team to ensure their engagement and motivation remain high (organize Bi-weekly meetings, help in dealing with recruitment challenges, onboard new team members, etc.)
- Work with our ATS (Lever) to ensure that the data is clean, accurate and up to date
- Prepare reports for the stakeholders
- Ensure that all the needed tools are in place to boost the recruitment process (eg job portals, agencies)
- Update key stakeholders about the progress of talent selection
- Report to the Talent Acquisition Manager on individual and team performance, help with various projects and ad hoc tasks
- Participate in various Employer branding projects

- Out-of-the-box thinker who can coach and advise hiring managers at all levels of the organization
- Fluent English speaker
