Currently, we are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter, an IT Recruiter and an Employer Branding Specialist!

Your role:
  • Full recruitment scope – briefings with hiring managers, creating and posting job ads, CV screening, face-to-face and online interviews, negotiations and preparing offers, providing quality and timely feedback.
  • Running recruitment processes for IT roles (mainly backend, frontend, mobile design, PM).
  • Direct search – identifying potential candidates using social media.
  • Proactively sourcing the right candidates through all available online and offline channels.
  • Identifying new sourcing opportunities.
  • Communicating directly with the team manager, hiring managers and technical recruiters to optimise the recruitment process.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Participate in job fairs and EB activities as needed.
  • Onboarding new employees.
  • Providing general administrative support as needed.
Your skills:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Previous experience from a software house or consulting company would be an asset.
  • Solid understanding of the IT market and its challenges.
  • Working experience with ATS.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing methods and tools.
  • Positive energy, great communication skills, and natural people-focus.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Professional attitude, proactive approach, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is essential.

  • Salary range: 6500 - 8500 PLN/GROSS (UoP) or 52 – 68 PLN/h (B2B).
