We’re Osom Studio. We help technology companies communicate with the world using websites. We are WordPress experts: we build and implement personalized websites and e-stores. There’s been a lot going on in our agency - and we’re looking for someone to help us manage it.
💻How do we work?
- Our team are specialists from all over the country - we’re remote first and plan to stay that way. We also have a modern and eco-friendly office in downtown Lodz - because of your job, you may be asked to visit it a few times per year.
- We're taking care of your work comfort - we will provide you with the necessary tools like Macbook and an additional monitor - if needed :)
- We know there's life outside the (home) office. That’s why our working hours are truly flexible - you decide when you start and when you need a break.
- Most of our clients are from abroad, so English fluency is a must!

- you have a background as an office assistant, virtual assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- you have the first experience in working remotely
- you stand out with excellent organizational skills
- you are scrupulous and have an eye for detail
- you have high communication skills - you are able to stay positive and discreet in cooperation with co-workers and clients
- you feel comfortable working with Google Office Tools - Docs, Sheets, Calendar
- you like to learn - if you don't know something, you search for information that will help to solve the issue
- you are proactive and resourceful - if you see any aspect of our work that can be improved, you’re not afraid to speak up and help make this change
👍 A huge plus for:
- interest in the web and online marketing field
- driver’s license
👉 What are you going to do?
- ensure that the all office processes run smoothly
- preparing and editing contracts, reports, and other documents
- support managers and hr in the daily tasks of organizing the teamwork
- cooperating with our accountants - looking after the company’s invoices, managing their distribution
- helping with planning social events (online and in-person)
- organizing the “tasks at hand”
- making sure the board does not forget about anything! 😉
