• Sourcing and management of candidate pools,
• Identify and approach active and passive candidates through internal and external channels to fill positions in a timely manner,
• Build and maintain candidate pools and talent pipelines,
• Conduct telephone/video interviews prior to candidate forwarding to Hiring Manager (shortlist)
• Act as first point of contact for applicants,
• Communicate with Hiring Managers regarding the status of the recruiting process Maintain and leverage a recruiting network,
• Assurance of high-quality service,
• Responsibility for achievement of target KPIs,
• Maintain current knowledge of current labor market trends, competitors and general recruiting trends and intelligence,
• Continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders,
• Offer letter draft and submission,
• Pre-boarding and on-boarding related tasks,
• Onboarding documents and employment contract submission,
• HR administrative tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology…or similar,
• Fluent English and Polish,
• At least 1 years of recruitment experience with sourcing expertise,
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement,
• Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results,
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management,
• Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
