We are currently expanding the talent acquisition team at an international tech company, a global IT managed services provider. We are looking for an in-house Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (100% remote work or from Gdańsk).

Tasks:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple requirements – post job descriptions, source candidates, review candidate resumes/profiles, screening calls, update internal applicant tracking system, extend offers and negotiate compensation packages
- Utilize creative recruiting resources and techniques to identify and engage top talent including social media tools, referral programs, user groups, internal and external talent databases
- Provide a positive candidate experience
- Build consultative partnerships with assigned hiring leaders by providing excellent customer service, and guiding leaders toward best recruiting and hiring practices.
- Collaborate with the European hiring team to fulfil business needs
Your profile:
- You have 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- You are comfortable managing multiple searches at different levels within short timescales
- You have strong direct sourcing background (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, X-ray)
- You are experienced in managing full-cycle of recruitment projects
- You have a track record of creating great candidate experiences
- You have a thorough understanding of recruitment processes and strategies and a solid understanding of the employment marketplace and trends in recruiting strategies (with a focus on the IT market)
- You are an excellent networker and relationship builder. You adapt easily to working with a variety of people also virtually in various roles and levels of management (including high-level stakeholders) in a fast-paced organization.
- You are communicating fluently in English, knowledge of Polish is not required
