We’re looking for someone with a true passion for HR, great intuition for its soft side and with a personal approach that helps bring people together over common initiatives. As for recruitment, we put quality over quantity, aiming at great specialists who’d complete our teams in terms of competencies and commitment. We put an emphasis on an excellent candidate experience and a welcoming and unique atmosphere in the company. We befriended Traffit (ATS), Slack & Atlassian and take advantage of standard office software that allows us to take a closer look at data, then draw meaningful conclusions. You will be in charge of:
- Running end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and customer-facing roles and ensuring the best candidate experience ever!
- Collaborating hand-in-hand with the leadership team to boost its development and propagate the best management practices through the organization
- Running the internal HR projects from gathering needs to the execution
- Doing the magic to bring employee engagement into the company, build an internal brand advocates squad and spread the word about Piwik PRO
- Looking after the internal information flow, encouraging teams to exchange their ideas and get involved in communication
As a part of Piwik PRO HR team you will also get a chance to:
- Coordinate EB initiatives in cooperation with your teammates and our PR Manager
- Monitor needs and spirit in the company then take action to lift it if necessary
- Reporting the hard HR data
We can’t wait for people who have:
- About two years experience in the internal HR with an emphasis on soft HR topics
- Acquaintance with the IT industry and simply feel the vibe ;)
- A significant experience in the recruitment for specialists profiles
- An interest in team management nooks and crannies along with knowledge of tools and current trends in this area
- Proactive and creative approach to shape the employee experience and engage people in various initiatives
- High emotional intelligence, which translates to a deep understanding of the process that occurs in a company and its impact on the team
- The ability to balance the interests of the company and people
- Great work management and accuracy
- Polish and English communication skills, both at least at B2 level
We will be delighted if you also:
- Are passionate about running workshops and facilitating discussions
- Know techniques of working with a team and supporting the individuals (such as coaching)
- Have some experience in communication via social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, other), keep up with the hottest trends (social selling, anyone?)
- Are open to take care of some less exciting, but still very important administrative tasks
