When everything works great, nobody remembers about it.
When there is one small mistake made, everyone complains.
Without administration, however, the company wouldn’t be able to function. It’s like blood in our veins.
We understand this dynamic and we know that someone needs to look after it on a daily basis.
To be successful at this position, you need to have insight into all aspects of the operations of the company.

Apart from that, you need various tools. Many of them we create in-house. You will be getting help from an experienced spreadsheet specialist who is ready to share his expertise.

Challenges to tackle:
- Administrating agreements with all of our contractors and partners
- Managing our financial budgets and forecasts
- Managing invoices and other company documents (of our 4 legal entities)
- Collaborating directly with a dedicated legal and accounting team
- Performing periodic inventory at our office in Lodz
- Automating various tasks with modern tools
- Organizing various company events: team-bonding events, visits of our clients, participation at external conferences.
What do we expect:
- Having broad interests
- A mature approach to life
- Fluent communication in English (written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of commercial experience in a similar position
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and/or Google Docs
- Knowledge of basic civil law and a full accounting system
- High level of communication skills and empathy
- An analytical approach and attention to detail
- Great self-organization skills and a sense of ownership
