We are an international Software House that specializes in building Fintech products for top Fintech companies from Europe and the USA. We design and create payment solutions used by millions of people all around the world.
- At least 4+ years of successful experience in IT recruitment, headhunting, and closing IT-roles
- Experience in tech recruitment - we expect you to know software technologies well
- Provide active sourcing for candidates according to vacancies' requirements using different channels: LinkedIn, internal database, job portals, social networks, and other resources in Europe
- Manage the entire recruitment process (search, interviews, feedback, job offer, hire)
- Review job descriptions to understand the hiring manager’s needs and ask questions to help identify the right candidate(s)
- Proactively interact with potential candidates on professional networks and social media
- Take part in designing and implementing processes and policies as a part of the Recruiting Team.
- Perform full life-cycle recruiting with the ability to source, screen, interview, and close candidates
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification
- Provide candidates with feedback after each interview stage
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Demonstrate the ability to find unique solutions to attracting, sourcing, closing, and retaining passive and active candidates

- Base salary is 3000 USD/m (13000 PLN) and we always pay a bonus for performance - is usually is 1-2k USD/month, with 1k USD/m as a team average.
