• Manage New Joiners’ Induction experience;
• Prepare and conduct the introductory training for new joiners;
• Take care of continuous improvement of induction by shadowing trainers, sharing feedback, and implementing changes;
• Build high-quality relationships with internal stakeholders.

• Schedule training sessions for new joiners while taking into consideration different time zones;
• Update the content of the presentations in cooperation with internal stakeholders globally;
• Craft and send introductory emails to new joiners;
• Guide and support new joiners in their first steps in the organization;

• Prepare reports from Learning Management System;
• Coordinate with stakeholders by adding and testing new training into the learning platform;
• Build training paths and assign the users to the platform

• Minimum 3 years experience in the HR area or client-facing role (external/internal) in a multinational environment;
• Experience in the trainer role;
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
• Proactive, creative, and can-do attitude;
• Focus on detail;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluency in English is a must C1 (knowledge of Polish and other languages will be an advantage).
