Currently we are seeking an organized and adaptable self-starter to manage our Warsaw office and support European offices. We are looking for someone who understands organizational needs and can take the initiative and is a natural problem solver.
What to expect:
- Ensuring the proper and efficient functioning of the office, including:
- cooperation with the building administrator, external service providers, couriers;
- administrative duties including general office operations and vendor management of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- taking care of the office equipment and office furniture;partner with management and finance to manage costs related to the office.
- Administrative support for employees, facilitating their daily work, including:
- managing local and remote onboarding/offboarding of employees;
- managing device distribution and inventory for internal employees and external partners if applicable;
- the on-the-ground expert for local knowledge and current affairs;
- support in organizing company meetings and events.
- Collaborating on processes and projects in the workplace area with other members of the international team like IT services, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition.
What You need to be successful:
- min 3, preferably 5+ years of office operations experience
- Prior experience in scaling startup offices will be highly advantageous
- Ready for work from the office 3 x week
- Excellent organizational skills
- Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Focus on looking for solutions, not adversities;
- Excellent English communication skillsSelf-starter and motivated to drive businesses from scratch
- Experience in procurement is a plus
