Your role:
- Being responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment process
- Delivering qualified specialists to fulfill business needs
- Managing collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Providing the best candidate experience
- Developing and implementing innovative ways to recruit candidates (we're satellites creators :-)
- Supporting EB initiatives
- Enjoy working in a fast-changing, start-up environment
Expectations:
- At least 1,5 years of experience in recruiting (IT, Engineering, and other roles)
- High level of English, both written and spoken (min. B2)
- Great communication skills and ability to adjust to the start-up environment
- Willingness to learn and develop in the Recruiter role, being open-minded is more than welcome :-)
- Independence and goal-orientation, ability to prioritize tasks
- Team player attitude and sense of humor
