We are looking for a passionate Junior IT Recruiter to help us source new talent in order to meet our business needs. As our employee, you will have the chance to:
- acquire practical knowledge and experience in sourcing new talent,
- be a part of the whole recruitment, including the interviews and the decision-making process,
- interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks,
- shape the Employer Branding of Scalaric, make people hear about us and want to join our team,
- help organize potential events to attract new talent.
You will be able to deliver all these goals under the supervision of our HR Partner - CandidFuture. Thanks to their mentoring efforts you will not be alone, while still maintaining independence and responsibility over your actions!
In order to join us you should:
- have at least a couple of months of experience in IT Recruitment related positions,
- have great writing and storytelling skills that will help you construct both our job offers, as well as some social media content,
- be able to communicate efficiently with technical people,
- have strong organizational and interpersonal skills,
- be confident in your use of English, B2 level suggested,
- be able to work with us in our office located in Krakow.
