Schenker Technology Center in Warsaw is a technology driven center delivering digital solutions for the needs of DB Schenker, one of the largest global logistics providers.The position you are applying for, is an office-based role. During this pandemic and until further notice, this role will be remote based and you will be supplied with the relevant equipment to carry out your role. Once we have further updates, we will cascade accordingly and will return to the office once it is safe to do so!
You will be responsible for:
- End-to-end recruitment process responsibility in IT industry (software development, QA, infrustructure, security)
- Active Talent attraction (Direct Search, cold calling)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire process
- Accurately documenting and maintaining all candidate information on ATS
- Cooperation with Hiring Managers in Poland and other European countries
- Contact with external suppliers if needed
- Reporting
Our requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT Recruiter / Junior IT Recruiter
- Very good English skills (oral and written)
- Direct Search experience
- Interest in new technologies would be an advantage
