JUNIOR ADMIN. AND HR SPECIALIST

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Responsibilities:

·         Assist management with regular reports, & spreadsheets needed
·         Compile data for reporting as it relates to audits and other regular requirements
·         Manage and administer freelancer/contractor contracts 
·         Daily communication with team leaders and managers
·         Assist inpayroll processes and answer queries from outsourced payroll company
·         Support theprocess workflow and data management related to employee absenteeism
·         Answer general employee administration related questions (vacations, leaves etc.) 
·         Alert management to any issues that require immediate attention
·         Assist in specialprojects where management needs support for example in staff meeting planning 
·         Perform other related duties as assigned
·          Collecting payroll internal data from other units
·          Preparing employment records and documentation
·          Preparing and reviewing benefits packages
 

Qualifications: 

·         Fluency in English and Polish
·        Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
·         Able to focus and place attention on detail
·         Strong analytical skills
·         Excellent PC skills required including Microsoft Office proficiency
·         Excellent organization and time management skills in order to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
·         Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately and confidentially
·         Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
·         Experience in HR area/customer service would be an asset
