Scope of your tasks:
- Conducting internal end-to-end recruitment projects (mostly in the IT area but we hiring for non-technical experts as well)
- Sourcing and proactively looking for candidates (using a variety of sources and methods)
- Conducting interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, motivation and cultural fit
- Managing the recruitment process including scheduling, providing feedback, and negotiating offers
- Collecting & presenting data from the recruitment projects as well as co-creating internal processes in order to upgrade them - we do care about not making the same mistake twice

- At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
- You have proven recruitment successes and you can focus on several roles at the same time
- Knowledge of complete recruitment processes (creating and posting job advertisements, usage e-recruitment tools, and candidates database management, screening and selection)
- 2 years of technical sourcing experience within either an agency or in-house background (note: this is only guidance, we are looking for an experienced active recruiter. You may have more years of experience but also, you will be considered with fewer years of experience if you have the right skills)
- Native level of Polish and very good command of English (at least B2) in order to write job descriptions, social media posts, messages to candidates and providing interviews
- Salary range PLN 7,300 PLN – 10,200 PLN + VAT (B2B) or 6,000 PLN - 8 500 PLN brutto (UoP)- dependent on your experience (other forms of employment possible as well).
