We are a RegTech Firm working with large international banks such as Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, and financial institutions.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Willingness to network
- English B2/C1
✔️ Your daily tasks on the job:
- Source passive candidates (e.g. Boolean search)
- Interact with potential candidates (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Slack and Github)
- Promote Silent Eight brand online
- Maintain candidate databases (BambooHR)
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
- Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
