We are looking for candidates for the position:
Researcher
Tasks:
- Creating and executing research strategies for foreign-language positions
- Developing new recruitment sources
- Active search for candidates using social media, internal and external databases
- Collaborating with universities
- Contacting candidates over the phone and email, and assess them against given criteria
- Collaboration with international social media team
- Preparing reports
We expect:
- Experience in candidate research in particular in the foreign language area is a must
- Fluent English nad Polish
- Excellent knowledge about social media tools
- Very good communication skills
- Creativity, open-minded
