• Administrate recruitment process for Sollers
  • Maintain the candidates database
  • Schedule interviews
  • Cooperate with recruiters to make sure the process works smoothly
  • Submit job offers
• Do direct search activities for different IT and business positions
• Actively look for new sources of candidates
• Prepare and post new job ads
• Propose improvements for the recruitment process and participate in their implementation
• Cooperate closely with other teams (staffing, employer branding) and internal competences

• Have min. 3 years of experience in IT recruitment area (preferably from a recruitment agency or an IT company)
• Have an excellent command of English and Polish
• Have a good eye for detail
• Have the ability to work under time pressure, multitask and prioritise
• Have an excellent ability to organise and manage own tasks
