Hi there! We are the biggest European Python Powerhouse with over 16 years of experience, 6 offices in Poland and a deep commitment to Agile principles. Join a group of 400+ professionals dedicated to helping customers build outstanding products. We are expanding our amazing People & Culture team and we are looking for a qualified HR Business Partner who will provide daily HR guidance and resolve complex employee relations issues.

Working as HR Business Partner you will:
  • Provide daily HR guidance for management board & senior leadership
  • Be first point of contact for the majority of HR-related issues 
  • Analyze trends connected with HR processes (employee satisfaction, rotation, retention, first year attrition etc.)
  • Take care of HR policy guidance
  • Deliver and implement succession planning programs
  • Coordinate yearly performance management with department heads
  • Provide consultancy to deliver best practices across organization
  • Handle exit interviews & onboarding process with support of other HR functions
  • Handle improvement plans & support L&D Lead with talent agenda across site
  • Be an ambassador of the change management & business transformation
  • Resolve employee issues and conduct thorough investigations when required
  • Lead HR related projects when necessary
What do we need from you?
  • Strong experience in HR Business Partner/HR Manager/HR Generalist role in the middle-sized or big company
  • Proven experience in HR cases management
  • Knowledge of Polish employment law, tax and social security legislation
  • Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions
  • Excellent coaching and relationship building skills
  • Strong decision making skills 
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage day-to-day requests and proactively drive strategic people agenda
  • Be a team player!
  • English - at least C1
Salary:B2B: up to 130 PLN net/hContract of employment: up to 17 000 PLN gross
