We have on board over 100 Software Engineers across Poland working for the European tech pioneers and innovators.Currently we are looking for an experienced IT recruitment specialist to join our amazing team. You should have solid experience in IT recruitment and basic technical know-how. Please send us your CV and we will schedule a call with you to explain the details about the role and answer any questions. Location: remotelySalary: 10 000- 18 000 pln/ month (B2B)Responsibilities:
- Conducting full cycle recruitment processes (from searching, through screening, negotiations to the offer stage)
- Cooperating with a dedicated Researcher on a daily basis (we work in subteams)
- Ensure a positive end-to-end interview experience for all candidates
- Present candidates and negotiate contractual details with the candidates
- Working with other team members on a variety of projects
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an IT Recruiter (at least 3 years)
- Experience with multiple sourcing techniques and tools
- A good understanding of technology and job requirements for IT roles
- Ability to maintain a database and pipeline of candidates
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
- Very good command of Polish and English (written and spoken)
