This role is ideally suited for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is very good at working independently, is solution oriented, proactive and wants to have an opportunity to propose and implement own ideas.

What you will do:
You’ll be responsible end-to-end for our recruitment processes, both IT and non-IT, worldwide. You will be searching for and choosing the best candidates. We hope on your fresh ideas how to improve our processes and we want you to be creative when it comes to our employer brand. You will cooperate with our management team and act as a partner in defining needs, creating right profile and recommending the perfect fits.
We expect you to have:
- 3+ years of experience in owning the end-to-end recruitment process, recruitment process design and improvements, helping to build and implement employer branding strategy
- knowledge and interest in the latest recruitment trends;
- experience in creating excellent profiles, acting as a business partner for hiring managers and business environment;
- experience both in working on technical and non-technical positions;
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English;
- self-starter and result-driven approach;
- Passion to create your own ideas and willingness to implement them
