We are currently looking to strengthen the Employee Excellence team in our Warsaw office with an HR Specialist (Employee Excellence Coordinator). This is a temporary assignment (app. 2 months), and we are looking for someone who can join us immediately.
In this role, you will focus on ensuring that all employee related matters are dealt with in timely manner, that our employees are always healthy and safe, have their contracts on time, are up to date with all needed information and know that handling their HR and administrative issues has nothing to do with a visit to the dean's office.
As an Employee Excellence Coordinator, you will guide our employees within the HR area and will assist them through the full employment life cycle.
You will be part of a small but dedicated team that is responsible for all HR administrative tasks, including payroll preparations and calculations. This means, that the ideal candidate would not only be a true people’s person but also being equipped with analytical skills as this HR role requires many calculations, reconciliations, and summaries to be provided to different parts of the organization as well as external stakeholders.

This role is part of the Global Reward and People Operations team which, together with Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement, form the Global Employee Excellence function. This mean that you will not only be a member of the Syncron Warsaw team and develop and work with local processed and procedures but will also be exposed to the global world of Syncron and by that, take part in developing Syncron’s employee offering to the next level.
This role guarantees that you will deal with the whole range of employment areas starting with contracting and onboarding to performing settlements with leaving employees and issuing job certificates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing contract drafts for new employees, employment contract extensions
- Civil agreements administration
- Assist in monthly payroll process
- Onboarding of new employees
- Daily personnel and files administration
- Monitoring of safety trainings & medical examinations
- Absence and Time sheets administration
- Employee benefits administration
- Social security administration
- PFRON administration
- Reports for the Statistical Office
- Handling leaving employees settlements / Job certificates
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in employment administration area
- Proficiency in working with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Native/fluent Polish & communicative English in speaking and writing
- Being up to date with our Polish local labor law changes
- Ability to independently seek information
- Very good communication skills
- Strong focus on problem-solving
- Experience working with Workday and/or Enova is an advantage but not a prerequisite
