We believed, yet we did not know that the new Tribe47's project - TALENT47, which helps clients define their recruitment needs and find the best digital candidates, will spread wings so quickly. As a result, we need another person who is passionate about recruitment, takes a lot of joy from interacting with people and is able to quickly select the appropriate competences of candidates based on the clients requirements.
We are not looking for a typical recruiter, we want a person who can create a great conversation without relying on a reheated template, and celebrates successful recruitment with a lot of positive energy!

What do we expect from you:
- experience in recruitment (digital marketing will be a huge plus)
- good knowledge of sourcing/researching incl. Linkedin, Facebook
- a light pen that will charm candidates while creating a job description
- very good communication, above all adjusting the dialogue to the situation (from informal, engaging to professional, negotiating employment conditions)
- very good organization of work, a proactive approach to quick changes that will sometimes surprise you
- beside the light pen, an additional advantage would be the aesthetic sense, an unique selection of photos, graphics always attracts attention ;)
- fluent communication in English
- A sense of humor because work is more fun when you can laugh with the people you work with :-)
What will you be responsible for?
- source candidates & set up meetings with recruiters and hiring managers
- run recruitment processes for Digital Marketing positions
- help with setting up and improving recruitment processes
- cooperate with Tribe47's best digital marketing experts
- be responsible for an amazing candidate and client experience
- support Talent47 with employer branding activities
